Our Primal Freeze-dried Formulas do not warrant refrigeration in their dry state, served right from the bag. This is due to the shelf-stability of freeze-dried food. However, when serving rehydrated freeze-dried food for your pet to eat, we recommend no more than a two-hour service window for the food to be out of refrigeration.
