Additionally:
★ We have an official letter from our pork supplier stating that their pork originates from PQA plus qualified swine farms, which apply measures to eliminate exposure to potential sources of Trichinella spiralis.
★ Our pork proteins are frozen for at least 7 days at -20° C before we incorporate them into any of the products, as a part of the protocol for the above pork check-off procedures.
