Yes, if your veterinary bills have been incurred as a result of this larger bone particle issue, Primal will request a copy of the veterinary invoice as well as photograph of the bag with associated lot code (found on the back of the bag). Once Primal receives both of these pieces of information (Veterinary Invoice & Photo of Bag Lot Code/UPC), we will review and reimburse 100% of the veterinary costs as well as the cost of the food if confirmed that this expense is associated with the larger bone particle issue. Primal will issue the reimbursement by check and send payment to a mailing address provided.
