No, the poultry bones in our bone broth do not utilize HPP. Our bone broth is a cooked product so there is no need for an additional pathogen kill-step such as HPP on these poultry ingredients. There is no risk of pathogens because of the heating/cooking process while producing broth. Additionally, all bone broth products are tested for harmful pathogens prior to shipping to retail.
