The color of this product comes primarily from the Chilean mussels and it can vary due to the quantities of male and female mussels that are used. Male mussels are pale white meat and female mussels are a warmer orange color. Based on the supply of male mussels vs female mussels that we receive seasonally, there may be variance in final blend colors from batch to batch. This is normal.
