    1. Yes, we currently employ a full-time PhD Companion Animal Nutritionist, Dr. James Templeman 
  2. Who formulates your foods and what are his/her credentials?
    1. Our foods were formulated by our owner Matt Koss with the help of a veterinarian (DVM).
  3. Are your diets tested using AAFCO feeding trials or by formulation to meet AAFCO nutrient profiles? If the latter, do they meet AAFCO nutrient profiles by formulation or by analysis of the finished product?
    1. All our diets are formulated to meet AAFCO nutrient profiles by analysis of the finished product & most can be considered feeding trialed via family method as two of our frozen formulas (Canine Lamb & Feline Rabbit) & one of our freeze dried formulas (Feline Beef & Salmon) have been substantiated with AAFCO feeding trials.
    2. We test full AAFCO nutrient profiles on our balanced formulas quarterly at a 3rd party laboratory to ensure nutritional adequacy.
    3. We also completed digestibility studies to compare our frozen and freeze dried formulas and both formulations had caloric digestibility over 90%.
  4. Where are your foods produced and manufactured?
    1. All balanced formulas are produced at our own manufacturing facilities in Fairfield, CA and Abilene, TX.
